Her name is Lina Meina, a Peruvian girl from the Andean village of Ticrapo who made medical history when she gave birth to a boy by caesarean section in May 1939 at the age of five year, seven months and 21 days. Lina's parents initially thought their daughter had a large abdominal tumor, but after they took her to a hospital in the town of Pisco physicians confirmed that her abdominal swelling was due to pregnancy. Lina was eventually transferred to a hospital in Lima, where she delivered a six-pound baby boy on 14 May 1939 (coincidentally that date on which Mother's Day was celebrated that year).A medical history revealed that she had been having regular periods since age 3, but she had stopped menstruating for the past 7 1/2 months. Additionally, she had fully developed breasts.
Escomel posited that the reason behind her precocious fertitity could not lie in the ovaries themselves but must have stemmed from an extraordinary hormonal disorder of pituitary origin.

In Singapore, the youngest on record (that I know of) is NINE years old. To me, I'm flabbergasted that she EXPERIMENTED sex with her 14 year old boyfriend. However, Mave suggested that we should forgive such stupidity as her prefrontal cortex (the part of the brain that controls your higher order thoughts) are still underdeveloped. Ah well, some divine entity likes to play a joke on us- there is a limit to intelligence, but no limit to stupidity.
A nine-year-old Singaporean student, who did not realise she was pregnant, gave birth to a boy after it became too late for her to abort the baby. Her horrified mother found out that her daughter was six-month pregnant when she took her to a doctor for what she thought was a urine infection. By that time, it was too late for the girl to go for abortion.
